We understand that leaving your child for the very first time can be very upsetting for both you and your child and we therefore like to give you as much time as possible to settle your child.

You are invited to make as many visits as you need, you just stay and play with your child and talk to the staff and get to know the service then leave your child for a short session and then gradually increase the hours

For some this happens quickly, for others it may take a couple of weeks but our main aim is that by the time you have to leave your child you are both feeling comfortable with staff team and the environment.
