    • We aim for the children to feel confident and capable within themselves, being able to express their individuality, capabilities and strengths.
    • We plan developmentally appropriate and stimulating learning experiences while promoting inclusion and participation of all children.
    • We aim to provide continuity between home and care while supporting each child’s individual routines.
    • We aim to work with families to share information and incorporate their feedback into the curriculum, reflecting on each child’s current interests and strengths.
    • We respect families and their diversity through culture and identity.
    • We aim to encourage and support families to share and be part of the Joey Room.
